At a bookstore along the beach tonight, I glanced at Anderson Cooper‘s new book. I thought about buying it, until I realized it was barely 200 pages long. (I bought the 600+ page “The Great Deluge” instead.)
As TVNewser mentioned, Cooper delivered a commencement address at Yale over the weekend. Rush & Molloy say he used his speech to “bolster his studliness.”
“The only thing about high school I remember is my senior prom,” the CNN anchor said. “If what I remember is true, it is very possible that some of you are my children, especially you with the blue eyes and freakishly gray hair.”
The quote caused one e-mailer to exclaim: “It’s as if his journalistic integrity stayed in NY when he traveled to CT…”
