Anderson Cooper: ‘I Don’t Think Reporters Should Vote’

By Mark Joyella

CNN’s Anderson Cooper has interviewed all of the presidential candidates, but he’s not voting for any of them. “I don’t think I’m going to vote,” Cooper told Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show. “I don’t think reporters should vote.”

Stern immediately told Cooper “that is insane…I am shocked by this.”

Cooper said he has voted in years past, and has “gone back and forth over” the question of voting while a journalist. “I don’t want to be influenced one way or the other…I don’t like feeling like I have taken a stand.

Stern will be voting–for Hillary Clinton. “I think she would make a good president,” he said.
