Fusion anchor Alicia Menendez has taken a shot at CNN, wondering if the cable news network is “milking the unrest in Baltimore.”

“Take, recently, when CNN’s on-air talent dropped the word ‘thug’ multiple times. When they got called out, CNN didn’t just apologize, they turned those lemons into lemonade, asking, Is ‘thug’ the new n-word?”

Menendez asked, “why is CNN looking for a new ‘n-word’?” Answering her own question, the Come Here and Say That host said “Because they need to fill 24 hours, people, and Anthony Bourdain can’t be on all day.”
