ABC’s Nightline ranked #1 in is timeslot last week, for the first time since the start of the Iraq war. It outperformed The Tonight Show and The Late Show in both total viewers and the 25-54 demo due to Katrina coverage.
“Nightline reported 5.04 million Total Viewers, a growth of 62% versus the same week one year ago. NBC, which was in repeats, had 4.50 million total viewers, a 6% decline from a year ago, while CBS reported 3.59 million,” a press release says…
