ABC News’ The Year 2015 primetime special hosted by Robin Roberts averaged 4.1 million viewers. The Year also won its 2-hour time slot among the key A25-54 demo. The program grew by double digits from its first hour to its second hour in total viewers (+13 percent) and +15 percent in the demo.
The fifth-annual special featured details of all the big stories that occurred during the past year. ABC News personalities George Stephanopoulos, David Muir, Lara Spencer, Elizabeth Vargas, Amy Roach, Juju Chang, Dan Harris, Ginger Zee, Byron Pitts, and Michael Strahan joined Roberts throughout the special. ABC will air an encore on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET.
