ABC News correspondent Karen Travers and her husband, John Anderson, are the new parents of a baby girl. Maeve Travers Anderson was born this morning at 6:58 a.m., weighing in at 6 pounds, 9 ounces. Travers joked that her daughter “wanted to see ‘GMA.'”
Travers, who is a correspondent for the network’s affiliate news service NewsOne, did seven live shots with stations across the country just hours before going into labor.
