Ten years after an on-air panic attack, ABC’s Dan Harris looked back at his journey to reduce stress that makes up his new book “10% Happier.”
“When I finally came home and slowed down, I crashed and burned,” Harris told George Stephanopoulos on this morning’s “Good Morning America” about returning from covering wars abroad.
Harris shared that upon feeling depressed, he briefly experimented with recreational drugs, which he thinks caused his panic attacks.
