ABC News has released a short teaser video ahead of the network’s April 24 interview with Bruce Jenner. “The interview, the journey, the decisions, the future,” goes the narration of the fifteen second video, which shows the back of Jenner’s head.
Details about the exact subjects covered in the interview have not been made public.
GLAAD has urged media to use restraint in speculating about what Jenner may say about his gender. GLAAD president & CEO Sarah Kate Ellis said “speculating about a person’s gender identity only inflames the invasive and gross scrutiny that transgender people face every day at school, at work, or even when just walking down the street. It’s long past time that media outlets stop gossiping about Bruce Jenner’s gender.”
