ABC News’ Deborah Roberts and NBC News’ Al Roker brought their respective networks together for a joint party at New York City’s Atlantic Grill on Tuesday night. The married couple attracted some of the biggest names from ABC and NBC to celebrate the release of their book Been There, Done That: Family Wisdom for Modern Times.
ABC News President James Goldston toasted the cross-network couple for their professional success as well as to their dedication to raising three kids. As a fellow TV news man with a wife in the business and three kids, Goldston playfully asked where this book has been all of his life.
NBC News president Deborah Turness thanked Roberts for being so supportive of the stunts that NBC News has her husband participate in.
