ABC Apologizes To White House & Madeleine Albright For Green’s E-mails

Following up on John Green‘s one-month suspension:

ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider is quoted in USA Today: “Despite being private communication between two colleagues, the e-mails caused great embarrassment to ABC News, and the sentiments expressed in them were outrageous. Green has expressed his regret and ABC News has made it clear to the White House and to Secretary Albright that this is not the way we do business.”

So how’d they do that? Green “apologized to the White House in a call to communications director Nicolle Wallace, while two ABC executives called the former secretary of state to apologize,” Saturday’s Washington Post says…
