Award-winning cartoonist Liza Donnelly, known for her work in The New Yorker, has joined CBS This Morning as contributing cartoonist. A trailblazer when it comes to sketching live events, Donnelly has worked previously with the Eye’s morning show sketching for the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia as well as last month’s presidential debate and last night’s VP debate.
“We are thrilled to have Liza with her distinct style of storytelling join the team,” CBS This Morning executive producer Ryan Kadro tells TVNewser.
Donnelly will be in studio and in the green room on a consistent basis to capture behind the scenes moments with guests and other newsworthy events.
