With another sudden-death finish at the Masters as its lead-in, Sunday’s “60 Minutes” finished as the 8th most-watched show of the week. Drawing an audience of 12.62 million viewers, “60” was also #8 in households, posting an 8 rating/13 share, good enough to tie Fox’s “American Idol” results show last Thursday. “60” was Sunday’s #1 primetime program in households, total viewers and A25-54 viewers.

The CBS Newsmagazine also grew compared to its post-Masters outing last year. On April 8, 2012 (which was also Easter) 11.73 million viewers tuned in.
