48 Hours Says “Book ‘Em!”

A new CBS 48 Hours Mystery ‘true crime book’ hits shelves August 28: “Perfectly Executed” is co-authored by correspondent Peter Van Sant and producer Jenna Jackson.

“Executed” is the second in a series of books based on 48 Hours Mystery broadcasts; it tells the story of two teenage friends accused of killing the family of one of the teens, for financial gain. The case took place in Van Sant’s hometown of Bellevue, Washington.
