TiVo will begin reporting next month how much people go to the Web on their TV sets. The new measure will be added to TiVo’s StopWatch ratings service, which provides second-by-second viewing estimates of live and time-shifted viewing culled from TiVo’s 2.6 million set-top boxes.

The new metric will report aggregate broadband viewing by day part for TiVo’s Web content partners, which include Netflix, Amazon Video on Demand, Blockbuster On Demand, YouTube and Music Choice videos.
