Rick Baran has joined CBS as executive vp and chief financial officer, CBS Television Stations. He will assume his new role effective May 19. He succeeds Anton Guitano as CFO for the 29 owned and operated CBS stations.
Guitano was named senior vp of finance & Operations and CFO of CBS Radio last November.
Baran spent the past five-and-a-half years with Tyco International, most
recently as CFO of Earth Tech, an infrastructure and consulting business. He also spent more than 12 years at General Electric in a wide range of roles.
