Emerging Mouse House brand Disney XD on Sunday night notched its strongest ratings to date, as the 45-minute special Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation drew 2.62 million viewers at 8 p.m.

The delivery marks the boy-targeted network’s biggest draw since its roots as Toon Disney, the animation-themed precursor that launched in April 1998.

Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation also set a high-water mark among Disney XD’s core demos, including: kids 6-14 (1.30 million viewers), boys 6-14 (774,000), kids 6-11 (1.11
