The veteran crime-solving drama has also been sold to stations from CBS, Belo, Sinclair, Sunbeam, Hearst, Granite, Capitol, Local TV, Media General and McKinnon station groups. New markets include WPSG/Philadelphia, KUSI/San Diego and WSLS/Roanoke, Va.

“Law & Order: SVU continues to dominate the prime-time ratings for NBC, and it’s off to a phenomenal start in weekend syndication, already climbing into the top 10 shows in all of syndication in just its first season,” said Barry Wallach, president, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. “And we’ve already assembled a very strong local broadcast lineup for its weekday, Monday through Friday debut in 2009.”
