Ben Silverman is adding his voice to another entity in the GE/NBC Universal empire. The co-chairman of NBC Entertainment and NBC Universal Television Studio has joined the board of the Peacock Equity Fund.
The $250 million fund is a joint venture between NBC Universal and GE Commercial Finance’s Media, Communications & Entertainment business. It invests in and works with firms developing technologies or businesses that are a strategic fit for NBC Uni and have high growth potential.
