Don’t let the promos fool you. TNT’s new series Men of A Certain Age is not a comedy. Rather, it’s a light drama. That description comes directly from the show’s star, and co-creator, Ray Romano (he of the classic sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond).
Whatever you call it, Men of a Certain Age is further proof of cable network TNT’s willingness to continue to explore new ground for original content beyond traditional fare such as The Closer.
