McSlarrow to Exit Cable Lobby

Kyle McSlarrow, president and CEO of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association announced plans Friday (Nov. 19) to exit in Spring 2011. He has headed the cable industry trade association since March 2005.

In a statement, McSlarrow said he hopes to seek new opportunities in the cable business. “I’m hoping to have the opportunity moving forward to continue collaborating with them, and to assist my successor at NCTA, in the important work we do for our industry,” McSlarrow said.
