Greg Glenday Lands New Clear Channel Post

Greg Glenday has been promoted to the new position of president of national advertiser development for Clear Channel Radio’s National Advertiser Platforms Group.

Most recently executive vp of Katz Marketing Solutions, Glenday, a MediaWeek 50 executive, is credited with spearheading some of Clear Channel’s largest national advertising deals.

In his new position, Glenday will continue to work with national advertisers to create national campaigns leveraging all of Clear Channel’s Radio business units, including CCR Digital, CCR Sales, Premiere Radio Networks, and CCR’s more than 850 local stations.

Clear Channel formed the National Advertiser Platforms Group last December by  consolidating national sales operations from all of Clear Channel’s units to make it easier for national advertisers to take advantage of integrated ad campaigns.

“This group is able to generate more and better opportunities for national advertisers because we’re able to bring in highly-experienced, talented minds such as Greg,” said Charlie Rahilly, president of National Advertiser Platforms Group.
