TV Land, the rising home of original sitcoms, has announced a spinoff from Hot in Cleveland, which will return on June 15 for season two.
The spinoff will revolve around a minister played by comedian Cedric the Entertainer who finds himself involved in the characters played by Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, and Betty White. Hot in Cleveland creator Suzanne Martin will also executive produce this project.
"We are going to have a lot of fun developing and exploring his role as a minister," said Martin.
The new Cedric sitcom is expected to launch later in the year.
