Call for Submissions: Adweek’s Hot List 2020

We’re looking for the year's best in publishing, TV and digital content

The media landscape has been transforming dramatically in the past few years, but that was nothing compared to the seismic shifts that have occurred since the pandemic hit in March. Our iconic Hot List, which will be published in print and online on Oct. 26, will also be evolving to reflect the ways in which Covid-19 has transformed the industry.

As always, the Hot List will continue to honor the best in digital media and TV, along with spotlighting a Media Visionary and leading creators and executives.

But we’re introducing some new categories this year—most notably, Hottest Pandemic Pivot, to spotlight the companies that have most successfully adapted to this year’s upheaval—and temporarily retiring a few others for the duration of the pandemic, including publishing’s Hottest in Travel.   

While submissions are not required for consideration, we welcome your suggestions. Please send us no more than 500 words on why your brand is hot no later than Sept. 4. Your submission can be emailed to the following editors:
