NBC unveiled a totally awesome promo for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, creating an ’80s-style spot for the sitcom’s upcoming seventh season.

The network released the throwback promo on Thursday for the comedy, which returns for Season 7 on Feb. 13. The washed-out spot seems to be played on a degraded videotape, featuring a period-appropriate NBC logo, ’80s fonts and a grizzled voiceover with lines like, “Now, when the city is thrown into chaos, these two unlikely heroes will have to team up to take down crime and save New York City!” and “Putting away bad guys means putting everything on the line, but that’s just the way it’s done in the Nine-Nine.”
