The next 12 months will be a time of refocus at Condé Nast, as the publisher looks to extend its dialogue with its audience and develop new revenue streams that leverage the authority and authenticity of its range of publishing brands.

In the video above, Fred Santarpia, Condé Nast’s chief digital officer, explains how the company is approaching revenue models such as pay walls, membership models and events and brand activations. “Thinking about dual revenue streams and alternate sources of revenue is going to be critical to the future,” he says in this interview at CES. “We’re very lucky that we’ve got a few businesses that already have meaningful dual revenue streams and we’re going to continue to invest in that for the year.”
