The second year of Facebook’s FbStart program to assist mobile application startups brings with it new benefits, new partners and a new development track.

Facebook introduced FbStart at its 2014 F8 global developer conference, with the aim of providing developers with free tools and services.

Product marketing manager Kevin Prior announced in a developer blog post that FbStart distributed more than $100 million worth of benefits to more than 3,800 startups in its first year, adding that new partners in the initiative include:

We launched FbStart with two tracks: Bootstrap, for early-stage mobile startups with recently launched apps; and Accelerate, for established mobile apps that have demonstrated a sustained level of growth in their target markets.
