WORLD CUP: Team USA-Portugal Draw Results In 20M Interactions From 10M Facebook Users

The dramatic 2-2 draw Sunday between the U.S. and Portugal at 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil, in which Portugal’s Silvestre Varela headed in the equalizer in the waning seconds of the game, resulted in approximately 20 million interactions (posts, comments, and likes) by some 10 million Facebook users, according to the Facebook Data Science Team.
