The White House is hosting a Google+ Hangout on Air to discuss mortgage refinancing options with homeowners. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan will join the hangout moderated by the real estate marketplace Zillow, Inc. at 3:15 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 12th.

Topics include the Home Affordable Refinancing Program (HARP) and President Obama’s proposed plan to simplify refinancing options for homeowners who are current on their mortgage payments, even if their loans are underwater.
“Zillow is thrilled to moderate this Google+ Hangout and connect homeowners directly with the White House,” said Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff in a statement.
