The U.S. Only Ranks 8th In Twitter Penetration [CHART]
Where do you think Twitter is most prevalent?
The answer will probably surprise you: it’s Saudi Arabia, as we reported on recently.
So where does that leave the U.S. in the hierarchy of tweeting countries? What about the U.K.?
According to a recent study by PeerReach, a full third of Saudi Arabia’s online population are active monthly Twitter users.
That said, it’s important to note that only about half of the people who log in to Twitter once a month are actually taking the time to tweet.
