Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg sold off another 283,334 shares of class-A common stock in the company, she revealed in a Form 4 filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sandberg sold 95,951 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $76.2666 per share, and another 187,383 at $77.0869 apiece, leaving her with a total of 5,661,943.
Chief product officer Chris Cox also filed a Form 4 Friday, revealing that he exercised 11,371 restricted stock units that were set to expire Aug.
