Facebook chief accounting officer Jas Athwal revealed in a Form 4 filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that he sold 1,500 shares of class-A common stock in the company.
Athwal sold the shares at $77.15 apiece, and he now holds 123,711 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
