Newly named Facebook Chief Product Officer Chris Cox‘s new title brought with it a bundle of restricted stock units, he reported in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cox was awarded 28,126 stock options to buy class-B common stock, which expire Aug. 18, 2019. He also received the following RSUs from Facebook:
- 28,125 expiring Aug. 25, 2019
- 443,461 expiring Aug. 25, 2019
- 1,125,600 expiring Aug. 25, 2020
- 959,233 expiring March 24, 2021
- 545,957 expiring May 2, 2022
- 429,553 expiring May 5, 2023
- 160,360 expiring March 16, 2024
Cox reported in a separate Form 4 filing that he sold 5,435 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $60.98
