Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer announced in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday that he sold off 25,000 shares of class-A common stock in the company.
Schroepfer sold the shares at $67.17 apiece, and he now holds 225,892 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
Director Marc Andreessen also revealed in a Form 4 filing that the Andreessen 1996 Living Trust received 428 class-A Facebook shares from Benchmark Founders Fund IV, and the trust now holds 3,234,497 shares in the company.
