Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer sold off some of their holdings in the company.
Sandberg reported in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that she sold 278,434 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $57.8763 per share, and another 4,900 shares at $58.442 apiece. She now holds 10,590,171 shares in the company.
And Fischer sold two blocks of 18,000 Facebook class-A common shares, at $57.59
