Self-Proclaimed Facebook Co-Owner Paul Ceglia Must Stand Trial On Fraud Charges
The news continues to get worse for self-proclaimed Facebook co-owner Paul Ceglia, as U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr. rejected Ceglia’s bid to dismiss mail fraud and wire fraud charges against him for submitting fake evidence and emails and destroying real evidence in his lawsuit against Facebook and Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Carter Jr. rejected Ceglia’s bid to dismiss mail fraud and wire fraud charges against him for submitting fake evidence and emails and destroying real evidence in his lawsuit against Facebook and Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Bloomberg reported that Carter denied Ceglia’s argument that he cannot be prosecuted for fraud due to his false evidence in his suit against Facebook and Zuckerberg, in which he claimed that a contract with Zuckerberg, since proven to be fraudulent, entitled him to one-half of the social network.
