It’s probably no surprise that interest in the ALS ice bucket challenge is waning. After all, it’s getting cold out there.

Peer-to-peer fundraising consultancy Plenty took a closer look at the social phenomenon of the summer, charting both the campaign’s overall impact and the average daily donations made to the ALS Association.

The cumulative impact is the part that looks like a tidal wave — both on the chart and in your Facebook feed. To date, the ALS has netted over 100 million in donations from more than 3 million people.
