How Many Millennials, Gen Xers And Baby Boomers Use Facebook, Twitter And Instagram? [STUDY]
59 percent of millennials have a Twitter account, with slightly more than one quarter using the service on an active basis, reveals new data from GlobalWebIndex.
Members of generation X have a slightly lower representation on Twitter, with baby boomers – those born between the years 1946 and 1964 – the smallest demographic amongst these categories.
Twitter finished fourth overall amongst the top social networks within these groups, behind Facebook, YouTube and Google+, but ahead of Instagram.
