Google Debuts Cardboard App, Cardboard Support for Street View
The Google Cardboard app offers demos to help users get started with the virtual reality viewer.
Google has announced its free Cardboard app is available in 39 languages across more than 100 countries on both iOS and Android devices. The app helps users setup their Cardboard virtual reality device, and includes a few demo ‘experiences’ to help users get started with the viewer.
Example experiences allow users to virtually travel to locations around the world, or view 3-D objects in a museum collection.
Google has also announced Cardboard support for its Google Street View app on iOS and Android.
