Facebook is constantly tweaking its News Feed algorithm, so users generally see the stories they will like, comment on, or share. Now the social network is starting to ask old News Feed users how interesting they find page posts in their News Feeds.

Sprinkled sporadically throughout the News Feed, Facebook occasionally asks users to rate how interesting page posts are. This does not seem to appear on user posts in News Feed, only posts from pages users have liked.

When a user gives feedback, Facebook lets the user know that these data help it determine what stories to show in the News Feed in the future.
