Facebook Messenger for Windows Adds Video, Voice Calls

Facebook updated the Windows version of its Messenger application, adding one-on-one video and voice calls, along with the ability for users to send messages to anyone in their phone books.

Facebook updated the Windows version of its Messenger application, adding one-on-one video and voice calls, along with the ability for users to send messages to anyone in their phone books.

The social network and Microsoft teamed up to introduce the Messenger app for Windows in April.

Microsoft announced the update in a blog post, adding that the app can be downloaded via the Windows Store.
