Easier than smoke signals and faster than pigeon carrier, texting is probably the most convenient form of communication that I cannot do without. I prefer it over voice and video chats any day, but without a smartphone the need to send text messages must feel excruciating, if not outright disastrous for sharing, or planning events.
One comedian discovered just how easy texting allows for simple, no-fuss communication when he applied himself to a No Phone Challenge.
