Nearly 20M Facebook Interactions During Wimbledon

The 2013 Wimbledon Championships tennis tournament is in the books, with two first-time champions having been crowned -- Andy Murray of the U.K., marking the host country’s first Wimbledon winner in 77 years, and Marion Bartoli of France -- and Facebook Consumer Content Manager Alex Walker and Data Editor Robert D’Onofrio reported in a post on the Facebook Newsroom that there were nearly 20 million global interactions (posts, comments, and likes) leading into the final matches.
