Following the earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan this afternoon, Google has launched a Person Finder app to help people find their friends and loved ones.
Following the earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan this afternoon, Google has launched a Person Finder app to help people find their friends and loved ones. The Person Finder: 2011 Japan Earthquake app allows users to search for someone or to provide information about people. The app is available in a number of languages, including Japanese and English.
Users simply click on their current situation – whether they are looking for someone or have information about someone – and then they fill out relevant information about that person.
