Yesterday YouTube announced the launch of an exciting new project, in which world-renowned film directors Ridley Scott and Kevin Macdonald will create a feature documentary film made exclusively from YouTube submissions, showing life around the world on July 24, 2010. ‘Life in a Day’ will be made up of compelling footage submitted by YouTubers showing scenes from their lives on July 24 and is shaping up to be one of the most exciting and compelling collaborative documentaries ever made.
