Meta kicked off Women’s History Month with Thursday’s release of an installment of its ongoing Global State of Small Business report series dedicated to women-led businesses.
The company found that small and midsized businesses led by women are facing the challenges of the pandemic by effectively shifting their businesses online and leaning on digital tools.
According to Meta, 57% of women-led businesses worldwide are using digital tools to communicate with customers, compared with just under one-half of SMBs led by men.
