Instagram kicked off on-platform campaign “Who We Become Is Yours to Make,” featuring creators calling for optimism, progress and reinvention and cautioning that after a challenging year due to the pandemic, “None of us is going back to the way things were.”

Photographer Bella Newman captured “culture-defining creators” in a series of portraits inspired by their own stories, which will be unveiled in culturally and contextually relevant locations.

A collective of fresh graduates that represent the next wave of students, artists and citizens will be displayed at Madison Square Garden in New York and LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles.
