Zeta Global Preps IPO With S-1 Filing

Ad tech outfit cofounded by former Apple CEO John Sculley is listing on NYSE

Zeta Global, an ad tech company co-founded by ex-Apple CEO John Sculley, is the latest company in the sector to reveal its plans to list as a public company.

The company issued its S-1 form claiming revenue of approximately $368 million last year, up from $306 million in 2019, equating to a net loss of approximately $53.2 million in 2020.
