Reddit introduced a host of updates to its Ads Manager Thursday with the goal of helping new and existing advertisers of all sizes get started on the platform, manage their campaigns and optimize their results.
Changes to the onboarding process to help brands get started, with an emphasis on Reddit’s self-serve clients, include:
- A new live chat support module on every page of Ads Manager, as well as the Reddit Ads Help Center to provide guidance and support while advertisers set up their campaigns.
