Meta Adds Features to Call Ads on Messenger

Meta detailed several updates to its Call Ads for Messenger, which enable brands to instantly connect with customers via a Call Now button in their ads on the platform.

The company said in a blog post that it is testing a feature that lets businesses give customers the option to request a callback if their call is not answered.

The company explained, “Running a business means juggling a lot, and sometimes that means being unable to answer every call in the moment.
