Match Group, owner of dating apps like Tinder, OkCupid and Hinge, is trying to sue Google over its Play Store billing policies. This adds another antitrust fight to Google’s ongoing battle.

In a complaint filed on Monday, Match Group alleged that Google has “illegally monopolized the market for distributing apps” on Android by forcing apps to use the company’s billing system and then taking a cut of the payments.

On Tuesday, Match filed a temporary restraining order against Google preventing the platform from throwing the app out of its Google Play app store on June 1.

Match Group was Google’s partner 10 years ago.
